Apartment Nena is located at Lopar564, in a quiet corner of the Lopar peninsula in the north of the island of Rab, just a few minutes walk from Rajskaplaža – an almost 2km long sandy lagoon, Blue Flag holder and member of CNN’s list of the 100 most beautiful beaches in the world.
Lopar
The peninsula is surrounded by 22 sandy beaches and countless secluded coves, so Lopar is rightly called the “sandy paradise” of the Adriatic. Thanks to the regular ferry line Valbiska (Krk)–Lopar, the apartments can be reached in a pleasant 80-minute boat ride, making it easily accessible to guests from all over the region. Shops, restaurants and sports facilities are located nearby, while the scents of Mediterranean herbs and the crystal clear sea provide the perfect backdrop for a relaxing island vacation.

Paradise Beach – Lopar’s trademark – stretches in an almost 2 km long arc of fine golden sand that slowly descends into the warm, shallow sea, so it is perfect for children, non-swimmers and anyone who likes to splash their feet carefree in crystal water.
There are beach bars, restaurants, beach volleyball courts, an aquapark, pedal boat, jet ski and parasailing rentals along the coast, and the southern end of the beach is marked as a zone for swimmers with pets.

Lopar lies in the far north of the island of Rab – exactly where the island “dips” sharply into the Kvarner Bay – and is known for its ring of 22 natural sandy beaches, among which the 1.5km long Paradise Beach with the Blue Flag is the most prominent.
You can reach Lopar by ferry from Valbiska (Krk) to Lopar or by road from the ferry port of Mišnjak, which is only a 15-minute boat ride from the mainland port of Stinica; from Mišnjak to Lopar there is an island highway about 20km long.
On the south side of the island you will find the town of Rab, a picturesque medieval core “with four bell towers” which, thanks to its Romanesque campanile, is often compared to a sailing ship with taut masts.It is only a twenty-minute drive from Lopar, so guests can enjoy both the golden sands of the north of the island and the cobblestone streets of its historic center on the same day.
